We're actively seeking a talented and ambitious Accounting Semi Senior Analyst to join our fast-paced team at Frost & Sullivan, a successful candidatce will be committed to offer the highest level of support to encourage an efficient and productive work environment by being in charge of different tasks related to regional  payroll and administration. This full-time position will report to the Assistant Controller of Latin America, based in Buenos Aires. • Oversee monthly payroll calculation for Argentina and Mexico
• Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations related to payroll and compensations for Americas
• Prepare and record journal entries of vacations , commissions and other accruals
• Respond to employees inquiries.
• Prepare several payroll reports
• Assist accounting team
• Provide support to North America accounting and administrative department
• Participate in other special projects in the area

 

(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments)

• Intermediate Accounting students or Accountant
• At least 1 year of experience in similar positions at international companies and/or prestigious audit firms (Preferable)
• Advanced English skills (speaking, writing and listening) is mandatory. Portuguese a plus.
• Customer and service orientation.
• Excellent accounting systems and MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Attention to details and very well organized.
• Excellent communication skills, capable to work with different cultures and working styles.
