Overview

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as Sales Support Specialists in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and maintaining smooth communication channels with clients while assisting Account Executives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency and success of Frost & Sullivan's Frost Radar offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Support Account Executives by coordinating client meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications using CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for engaging RADAR contacts, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound marketing and sales efforts, with a focus on promoting Frost Radar offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous 1-year experience in sales administrative and customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
  • Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
